OCTOBER & NOVEMBER

 

For Samaritan House’s Holiday Food Distribution

 

Nonperishable Foods: packaged rice, dry pinto beans, canned juices, canned fruits/vegetables, pasta, macaroni & cheese, breakfast cereal, refried beans, soup, tomato and pasta sauce, cookie/cake mixes, canned meat/fish, peanut butter, etc.

 

For Residents of Safe Harbor, Samaritan House’s Adult Shelter

 

Personal Hygiene Needs: Soaps, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, bath soap, disposable razors and deodorant

 

DECEMBER

 

For Samaritan House’s Holiday Toy and Gift Distribution

 

Gift Drive—NEW: Games & Toys… sports equipment, art supplies, action figures, board games, playing cards, card games, dolls,  stocking stuffers,  toys for infants through age 12

 

Gifts for Teens—NEW: basketballs, soccer balls, make up, accessories, gift certificates for boys and girls ($10 and up)

 

JANUARY & FEBRUARY

 

For Residents of Safe Harbor, Samaritan House’s Adult Shelter

 

Linens: New or gently-used twin size sheets, blankets, bath-size towels

 

Diabetic and Special Diet Foods: Oatmeal (packets or tubs); low sodium soups; no sugar juices; boxed soymilk, Ensure, Glucerna SR

 

MARCH & APRIL

 

For Residents of Safe Harbor, Samaritan House’s Adult Shelter

MAY

 

For Samaritan House’s Food Pantry Clients
