Arrivals:

AM Kindergarten starts at 8:10 daily.  PM Kindergarten starts at 12:00 daily.

Children grades 1-5, arriving on campus before 8:10 should report directly to the office, as there is no adult supervision on the campus at that time. Students may be on the playground after 8:10.  At 8:25, a bell will ring and students must line up on the blacktop with their classes.  Any student arriving after 8:25 must stop in the office for a tardy slip.

Dismissals:

AM Kindergarten dismissal is at 11:40 daily.  PM Kindergarten dismissal is at 3:30 daily.

Students in grades 1-3 are dismissed at 2:35 and grades 4-5 at 3:10 every day but Wednesday, when all students in grades 1-5 are dismissed at 12:20.  We expect students to leave the campus immediately following school, as there is no after school supervision.  Students not picked up within 10 minutes of dismissal should report to the office to call home.

Illness:

If your child is ill, you are expected to call the school office at 637-4860 ext. 2488 each day of the absence to let us know that the child will not be in school.  For your children's safety, our office staff must verify the whereabouts of the absent children and will need to reach you if you have not called in.  The office is staffed between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  At all other times, an answering machine is on particularly for absence reporting.  Children should not be sent to school if they are feeling ill so that they can get better and so that other children don't get sick.  Students may not come to school if they have had a fever within the past 24 hours.
