Student Emergency cards
Student Emergency cards will be sent home with each child as part of the school packet at the beginning of the school year. Please fill out this card and return it to school as soon as possible.
Please notify the office immediately if there are any changes to the emergency information - address, phone numbers, and/or change of responsible contacts.
Emergency phone calls
In case of illness or injury to your child, we must have current emergency phone numbers on file in the office.
If your home or work numbers change, please notify the office right away.
